Invincible #4 "1st Story"

" 1st STORY "

Mark flies into the Teen Team base and asks Robot to find out who it is who turning the teens at his school into bombs. Robot accepts and Mark heads home to comfort his worrying mother after his father was kidnapped by the Flaxans. 

The next day, Mark and Eve talk about how to find out who is killing the students. After falls sleep during the lecture. The teacher, David Hiles, calls Eve and Mark "lovebirds, causing the entire class to laugh. Eve gets a call from Robot while Rex and him are fighting a villain. Robot informs Eve that they believe that David Hiles is the suspect. 

After changing costume, David reveals himself to be the criminal, also revealing that he knows Mark is Invincible and Eve is Atom Eve. He shows him the more recent victim, Derek Sanders. He also reveals that he has a bomb on his set to detonate in 50 seconds. Mark grabs him and flies him to Antarctica and throws him. He meets up with Eve and goes home. 

His father arrives, battle damaged from escaping the Flaxan dimension. Mark tells his mother about his day and Nolan does the same, telling her about being in the Flaxan dimension for almost 8 months, citing that their time spread is different than theirs. Deborah Grayson then asks who wants dessert.

The Flash #3 - The Kilg%ore

" THE KILG%ORE "

After receiving a speeding ticket, Wally West returns home to his new mansion to find a note from Frances Kane saying that she has moved out. 

Wally heads to STAR Labs in Salt Lake City, where he is studied by Prof. Bill Schmitz and Tina McGee. He hopes that with their help, he can break the sound barrier once again. 

However, during one of his practice runs, Wally sees a gigantic metallic monstrosity in the desert. It follows him back to the laboratory, where cuts off Schmitz's finger and enters the electrical systems. Through the computer, it announces that its name is Kilg%re. It demonstrates its power by electrocuting a STAR Labs security guard who is talking on the telephone. 

Kilg%re disappears until the next morning, when a National Security agent arrives at the lab to announce that Kilg%re has taken control over all television stations. Wally, Tina, and Schmitz agree to go with the agent into town. En route, Wally notices that Schmitz's finger has somehow reappeared.

Ramones - Pleasant Dreams

" PLEASANT DREAMS "

Pleasant Dreams es el sexto álbum de la banda de punk rock The Ramones. Fue lanzado al mercado en 1981 por Sire Records. Pleasant Dreams alcanzó el puesto #58 en las listas de US Billboard de ese año. Un álbum mal visto según el guitarrista Johnny Ramone, a causa de que el sonido era menos rápido que el habitual estilo de Ramones, con lo cual experimentaron un estilo más pop y más comercial. Las letras del álbum también siguen de cerca la disputa entre Joey Ramone y Johnny Ramone debido a la chica que Johnny le "robó" a Joey.

El arte de la cubierta del álbum es la primera que no muestra una foto característica de la banda como era tradicionalmente. También es el primer álbum el cual no ofrece ningún cover en su track list. Todas las composiciones se le atribuyen por completo al vocalista Joey Ramone y al bajista Dee Dee Ramone en lugar de acreditar a toda la banda como se había hecho anteriormente, es el único álbum que no cuenta con un compositor que no pertenezca a la banda.

El álbum fue certificado como Álbum de Oro en Argentina en 1993. Fue remasterizado y relanzado por Rhino Records el 20 de agosto de 2002

Forever Evil: Rogues Rebellion #2 - Shattered

" SHATTERED "

Los Rogues se enfrentan a Power Ring y Deathstorm, este último toma a Capitan Cold y reescribe su código genético restaurándolo a la normalidad, quitándole así sus poderes. 

Ante la amenaza de los poderes de Deathstorm los Rogues deciden huir a través de uno de los reflejos de Mirror Master, sin embargo antes de que logren irse por completo Power Ring destruye el vidrio por el que se teletransportaron lo que provoca que la mayoría del grupo termine en el centro de Metrópolis, mientras que Capitan Cold aparece en otro lugar. Mirror Master logra comunicarse con Cold y le informa que cerca de donde está se encuentra Lex Luthor y un ser parecido a Superman, Cold decide ir a buscar a estos dos y le dice a Mirror Master que mientras estén separados lo nombra jefe de los Rogues. 

Los Rogues son atacados por Archer a quien noquean con un solo golpe. Sin embargo aparece Parasite dispuesto a devorarlos, este les cuenta que el Crime Syndicate prometió una gran recompensa a quien los asesine por lo que son buscados en todo el país. El equipo logra huir de Parasite gracias a otro reflejo de Mirror Master, en está ocasión aparecen en Gotham donde son atrapados por las enredaderas de Poison Ivy.
