The Amazing Spider-Man #135 "Shoot-Out In Central Park!" #136 "The Green Goblin Lives Again!" #137 "The Green Goblin Strikes!" Arc: "The Green Goblin Lives Again!"

¡ TIROTEO EN CENTRAL PARK !

Continued from last issue.. While fighting the Tarantula, Spider-Man finds himself under the gun of the Punisher, who believes that the wall-crawler is in on the kidnapping of the ships crew. The Tarantula allows the Punisher to believe this, prompting a fight between Spider-Man and the Punisher allowing the Tarantula and his men to escape. When the Punisher realizes that he's been duped, he stops his fight with Spider-Man and tells the wall-crawler to meet him at midnight at the museum in Fort Tryon before jumping overboard. Spider-Man flees the ship when the crew (who still believe that he had something to do with the hijacking) crowd around him. He changes into Peter Parker in the water and pretends that he needs to be rescued. He manages to convince Mary Jane that he was knocked overboard, however he fails to convince Flash Thompson, who is becoming suspicious of Peter's double identity.
After phoning Jameson to report that Spider-Man saved the cruise and that he got pictures of Spider-Man's fight with the Tarantula. While he showers in his apartment later, he doesn't hear Harry sneak into his room and snoop around for his Spider-Man costume. When Harry finds it, he is convinced that Peter is really Spider-Man and quietly leaves.
At midnight, Spider-Man meets with the Punisher at their designated meeting place, there the Punisher shows Spider-Man slides of the Tarantula telling Spider-Man of his origins: How he was a member of freedom fighters in a South American country, however his violent ways had him kicked out of group of revolutionaries. The Tarantula would eventually change sides and be turned into his countries answer to Captain America to fight the revolutionaries. However, his love of violence would get him in hot-water with his leaders again, and so he had fled the country to the United States, where he set himself up as a mercinary.
With Spider-Man briefed, the two go after the Tarantula attacking his safe house, the Punisher with the help of Spider-Man defeats the Tarantula and his men. After they have been bound up, the Punisher bids farewell to the wall-crawler. While at the warehouse that Spider-Man had his final battle against the original Green Goblin, Harry Osborn has come to collect his fathers device, to get revenge against the man who killed him -- Peter Parker, the Amazing Spider-Man.

¡ EL GREEN GOBLIN VIVE DE NUEVO !

Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson are enjoying a nice Sunday together. They are enjoying an Ice Cream together and ready for a quiet evening at home, after having ridden horses in Central Park, a boat trip to visit the Statue of Liberty, and watched a Kung Fu movie on Forty Second Street.

When Mary Jane asks which place they will go to Peter suggests his place to listen to his new Ella Fitzgerald album. Mary Jane believes they must do something about his taste in music and that he should loosen up. Mary Jane believes that lately rather than Peter being Demon Dull, he is bearable.
As they walk to Peter and Harry Osborn's apartment, Mary Jane worries that Harry is a little touchy about the fact that she and Harry used to go out together. Then Peter goes to open the apartment door with his key but Mary Jane snatches it off him. Almost in the nick of time Peter's Spider Sense tells him that something is wrong and fortunately pulls Mary Jane out of the way of an explosion which demolishes the entire apartment.

Peter rushes into the apartment to conceal his Spider-Man costume before the Police arrive. Forty minutes later Peter sits in a Hospital waiting room wondering if Mary Jane is ok. Soon he is admitted into her room as a visitor and soon remembers the recent past with what happened to Gwen. A scene shows Gwen falling from the Brooklyn Bridge, and the murderous rage which Spider-Man wanted to deliver to the man who had kidnapped Gwen. Later Harry Osborn puts on the Green Goblin costume and returns to torment Peter, while Mary Jane lies in hospital. A prologue at the end of this issue sees an agitated Peter at the Daily Bugle coming out of J. Jonah Jameson's office after having asked for a week of absence to deal with what is going on. Unfortunately Jameson does not grant him the week and says that if he wants a week off that he is fired. On his exit from the office he runs into Betty Brant who asks Peter what is wrong but Peter in strong words says he is had it with people butting into his business.

¡ ... EL GREEN GOBLIN ATACA !

Continued from last issue... The Green Goblin attacks a truck shipment, stealing a strange canister before departing. Meanwhile, Peter has web-slinged to the hospital where Mary Jane is being treated following the explosion at his old apartment. There he finds that Joe, Flash, Liz, Aunt May and even J. Jonah Jameson are at the hospital visiting Mary Jane. When news of the Green Goblin's recent attack reach the airwaves, Peter leaves the hospital but not before he gives Jameson the cold shoulder when Jonah tries to talk Peter out of quitting at the Bugle.
Spider-Man arrives at the scene of the truck robbery and learns that that a radioactive material was stolen. Deciding to check out Norman Osborn's old home, Spider-Man finds the Green Goblin there. After a brief battle, the Goblin shows Spider-Man his monitors showing that he had kidnapped Flash, Mary Jane and Aunt May. He then tells Spider-Man that the canister he stole had been rigged to be a thermonuclear device and tells him that he has only six minutes to travel to the right part of the city (as the trio are spread out) and disarm it. Spider-Man knocks out the Goblin and races off to rescue his friends, when he realizes that he's out of webbing and has time only to check one person.
He chooses correctly when he comes to the rescue of his Aunt May, and tosses the bomb into a nearby river where it harmlessly explodes. Spider-Man then rushes back to the Osborn estate where he battles the Green Goblin to the Goblin's defeat. Spider-Man calls for the police, however he is sure to change back to Peter Parker and remove Harry's Green Goblin outfit. When the paramedics are wheeling Harry away, he tells everyone present that he knows Spider-Man is really Peter Parker, and admits that he's been the Green Goblin his entire life. When the medics and police on the scene dismiss that as the ravings of a madman based on Harry's age, they wheel him away to get medical help.
