" V DE VENDETTA LIBRO 1: EUROPA TRAS EL REINADO PARTE 3 "

Capítulo 9: Violence (Violencia)
Capítulo 10: Venom (Veneno)
Capítulo 11: The Vortex (El vórtice)

December 23rd, 1997
The body of Bishop Lilliman is taken back to the Nose at New Scotland Yard. Eric Finch speaks with pathologist Doctor Delia Surridge concerning the manner in which Lilliman was killed. Eric shows her a Violet Carson that was left at the scene of the crime. They make arrangements to meet later.

At the Shadow Gallery, Evey is upset with her role in the death of Bishop Lilliman. While she knew that V planned on rescuing her and exposing Lilliman's scandalous affairs, she had no idea that her mysterious avenger intended on murdering him. She tells V that she will no longer be a party to murder.
In Knightsbridge, Fingerman Derek Almond gets into an argument with his wife, Rose. Rose states that his obsession with finding Codename V is ruining their marriage. Derek backhands her across the face, and retreats into the bedroom to clean his gun.

Back at the Nose, Eric Finch and Dominic Stone continue investigating the recent V attacks. Stone draws a connection between Codename V and a series of classified hormonal experiments that took place at the Larkhill Resettlement Camp between 1992 and 1993. Three of the camp's administrators included two of V's previous victims – Lewis Prothero and Anthony Lilliman. Another name on the register is Doctor Delia Surridge. Finch has Stone get a hold of Derek Almond and warns him that Surridge may be V's next victim.

That night in Plaistow, V enters Delia's bedroom. She awakens with a start, but despite the prominent Guy Fawkes mask, she knows immediately who it is standing before her. More than anyone, Surridge is responsible for creating the man that V has become. Unlike the others however, Delia is the only one to feel any sense of remorse over the part she played in this hideous drama. V injects her with a slow-acting poison and does her the courtesy of revealing his true face to her before she dies. A Violet Carson is left in her room.

Derek Almond arrives at Delia's flat just as V exits the front door. He tries to apprehend him, but V is faster and stronger than Almond. He pins him to the wall and promptly kills him.

December 24th, 1997
Eric Finch and Dominic Stone arrive in Plaistow, but V is long gone. Finch finds Surridge's diary sitting on a nightstand beside her bed. Over the course of several hours, he pours over the journal and reports his findings to Chancellor Adam Susan.

Inside the journal is a detailed account of Surridge's pathological studies from the time she spent at Larkhill. She goes into detail concerning the subject from Room #5, the only apparent survivor of the Batch 5 experiments. As hoped, the subject's strength and reflexes were greatly enhanced from the hormone treatments, though the procedure rendered him completely insane. The journal further reveals that on Christmas Eve in 1993, the man from Room #5, having acquired all of the chemicals needed to produce napalm and mustard gas, engineered an elaborate escape attempt from Larkhill. His body was hideously burned from the multiple explosions, but he was nonetheless free. The subject from Room #5 eventually became the terrorist, Codename V.

Finch is obsessed with Surridge's journal, but cannot understand why V left it for others to find. He cannot determine whether V's vendetta against his former tormentors is complete, or if there are still more travesties awaiting the people of London.

" DIOS AMPARE A LA CHIQUILLA + PAPEL O NO PAPEL "

(APARECIDO ORIGINALMENTE EN THE X-MEN #129 ENE/1980)

The X-Men leave Muir Island in Scotland, but Banshee decides to stay with Moira. Havok and Polaris still think they don't belong with the X-Men, and also stay behind with Madrox. During the flight, Jean has visions about her past with Jason Wyngard again, and it is even more real than last time. When they finally get to the Mansion X, sensors warn that there's a person inside, but when they enter, it's Professor X, back from the Shiar Empire. After some days of rest, Jean still thinks she can't control the Phoenix Force and is afraid. Professor X is having problems training the X-Men, treating them like children as he used to do with his first students. Cyclops tries to argue that they are all grown men now, specially Wolverine and Storm, but Xavier doesn't want to listen. Suddenly, cerebro alarm goes out and there is two new mutants detected, one in New York, to which Xavier sends Jean, Cyclops and Nightcrawler, and another in Chicago, where Xavier goes with Storm, Colossus and Wolverine. Xavier says he will use the trip to know his new students better.

Meanwhile, in the Hellfire Club in Chicago, Wyngarde is watching everything happening in X-Mansion, with Sebastian Shaw, Harry Leland, Donald Pierce and Emma Frost, all members of the Inner Circle.

In Chicago, a young girl named Katherine Pryde is arriving home after school, and Emma Frost is at her place talking with her parents about a school in Massachusetts. Kitty says she's having headaches again and goes to her room. Surprisingly, she appears back in the living room after a huge headache. Soon after Emma leaves, the X-Men arrive with Professor X and invite Kitty to join his school. They went to an ice cream place and Kitty soon becomes friends with Ororo and likes Peter very much. Suddenly, the window crashes and three armored guys enter and attack the X-Men. During the battle, Wolverine realizes that the enemies know them and are prepared for their powers, and changes targets with Storm. That works and they win the battle, but during the fight Kitty passes through the walls and discovers she has some kind of power. Then Emma Frost uses her mental powers to knock out the three X-Men and captures them. At the end Kitty Pride follows the group using her power to enter the hovercraft.

Note: This is the first appearance of the popular X-men Kitty Pryde, Carmen pryde, Terri Pryde, Donald Pierce, Harry Leland, and Emma Frost (who was a villain during her first appearances). And one of the greatest X-men-villains, Sebastian Shaw.

" DAZZLER + DENTRO Y FUERA "

(ORIGINALMENTE PUBLICADO EN THE X-MEN #130 FEB/1980)

Cyclops, Jean Grey and Nightcrawler were sent to a night club in New York City to investigated another mutant detected by Cerebro. In Chicago, Emma Frost had captured Xavier, Colossus, Wolverine and Storm and is talking to Sebastian Show, when Kitty Pryde sneaks in through a wall in the room and listens to the talk. When Emma leaves the room she talks to Storm, who gives her a phone number to call backup from the X-Men. Kitty is discovered by Hellfire Soldiers, but she escapes jumping through the ground.

Back in NY, Jean is having those dreams again about her ancestor, now she was getting married with Jason Wyngard and when she kissed him, in real life she is actually kissing a guy just like her dreams. Cyclops sees it and thinks Jean isn't acting like herself anymore. Suddenly the show starts and a beautiful girl starts to sing, dazzling with thousands of lights. At same time the Mini-Cerebro devide in Cyclops's watch starts to beep, showing that this girl is a mutant. Outside, inside the X-Men's Rolls Royce, the phone rings and Nightcrawler answers a frightened Kitty. At same time, a Hellfire Soldier attacks Nightcrawler knowing his mutant power very well and using a sonic blast just like Cyclops did in Danger Room the other day. Inside the club, two more Soldiers attack and defeat Cyclops and Jean, also knowing very well their powers. Then, the singer, Dazzler, uses her powers to make light and helps Jean and Cyclops, who with the help of Nightcrawler defeat the bad guys. The X-Men run away in their car and Cyclops sees the guy who had kissed Jean in the streets, and there is something wrong with his shadow at the wall.

" CRISIS ENTRE TIERRA UNO Y TIERRA DOS "
Some strange force has caused people on both Earth-One and Earth-Two to suddenly switch worlds. While Dr. Mid-Night and Black Canary are transported to Earth-One, Batman finds himself transported to Earth-Two. To make matters worse, the Spectre is drawn to the Anti-Matter Man, the being responsible, and Solomon Grundy is freed from his mystical prison and transported to Earth-One, while Blockbuster breaks free of the Alfred Foundation and finds himself transported to Earth-Two.

" EL PUENTE ENTRE TIERRAS! "

As the Spectre uses all his power to keep both Earth-One and Earth-Two from crashing into each other as a result of the Anti-Matter Man's travels, the JLA and JSA members on Earth-One and Two recuperate after their battles against Blockbuster and Solomon Grundy. However, the space warp cause Solomon Grundy and Blockbuster to transport back to their original Earths. This time forcing Green Lantern, Flash, Hawkman, Black Canary and Dr. Mid-Nite to fight Blockbuster on Earth-One, and Batman, Dr. Fate, Sandman, and Wildcat to battle Solomon Grundy on Earth-Two.

Warned by his crystal that something is amiss, Dr. Fate transports the JLA and JSA members to the warp between two worlds and attack the Anti-Matter Man, but their efforts have no effect. Meanwhile finally left alone and able to become the Atom, Ray Palmer realizes that his lab assistants cosmic-scanning device was the catalyst that caused the Anti-Matter Man to attempt to travel into the positive matter universe.

Traveling to the cosmic rift, the Atom uses his scientific knowledge in conjunction with the Spectre's magic to break the warp, shunting the Anti-Matter Man back to his Antimatter universe and restore order to both Earth's. Returning to Earth, the group finds that while they were battling the Anti-Matter Man, Green Lantern transported Solomon Grundy and Blockbuster to the same Earth, where they have been battling each other since they were pulled away. They arrive just in time to see the two suddenly stop fighting and become friends, and decide to return to their own Earth's peacefully to be returned to custody.

The Amazing Spider-Man #193 "Wings of The Fearsome Fly"

https://mega.co.nz/#!eg92EDqS!bhqKvVbrAdhuBoIxrmM9IVx0EqeqtuMRyFSS5wAfoJk

" ¡LAS ALAS DE LA TERRIBLE MOSCA! "

Yesterday's rain has turned to snow flurries as Spider-Man web-swings high above the snarled traffic to the Daily Globe building. Two questions burn in his mind: When he was unconscious and shackled to J. Jonah Jameson, did the publisher lift his mask and discover his secret identity? And if he did, what does he plan to do with this information? Spider-Man ponders his situation and recalls yesterday's battle against the Fly as he alights on the wall outside Jameson's office. inside, Jameson tells Joe Robertson that he wants a full-page banner head-line on the next edition that reads, "How I Stopped Spider-Man." When Robertson protests that the headline is false, Jameson says that it does not matter: Spider-Man killed his son, and Jameson wants revenge. Gloria Grant buzzes Jameson's intercom to tell him that Peter Parker is there to see him. Jameson wonders why no one has told Peter that he has been fired, and Robertson explains that he gave Peter one last chance to bring in a photography assignment. Of course, Peter does not have the pictures (because he was shackled to Jameson as Spider-Man). Jameson is furious with Robertson for countermanding his direct order, and he is even more furious that Peter has nothing to illustrate the sensational story of the Fly's robbery of the Egyptian delegate. Jameson tells Peter he is fired and slams the door on him. Peter tries to apologize to Robertson, but the city editor is also angry. He tried to help Peter, and now he is in trouble with his boss. Dejected, Peter departs. As Peter changes into his Spider-Man costume, his thoughts turn to why the Fly might have stolen just one ticket to the King Tut exhibit. Surely the Fly will not try to rob the museum. it is far too well guarded. When Spider-Man arrives at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, he sees the long line of people waiting to view the exhibit. His spider-sense tingles, indicating the Fly's presence, but Spider-Man does not recognize him standing in line in disguise. As Spider-Man waits in the cold, the Fly enters the building and leaves a small package behind a large golden statue. It is too bad, he thinks, that he is not there to steal the Egyptian treasures. He will Just have to leave that to someone else. The man who rented Aunt May's Forest Hills house has been busy during the past several weeks methodically tearing apart its interior, looking for something. After ransacking the whole building, he concludes that he must locate May Parker and force her to tell him where it is. Spider-Man enters the museum through a skylight to look around. Guards are everywhere. Suddenly a bystander sees him clinging to the ceiling, and a guard opens fire. As Spider-Man dodges the bullet, the package behind the statue explodes, filling the gallery with smoke. All the security guards but one, O'Neil, rush to the King Tut exhibit. The Fly then strips off his disguise and knocks out O'Neil. The smoke bomb is a diversion; the Fly is out to loot the Art of Dresden exhibit, not the King Tut exhibit. He quickly shoves everything worth stealing into a large sack. The guards think Spider-Man is responsible for the smoke and that he is trying to rob the museum. They chase him, but he breaks out of the building through a window. As the guards cover him with guns, Spider-Man points at the sky, where the Fly, laden with valuables, is escaping. The guards finally comprehend what is happening as Spider-Man makes a tremendous leap from a lamppost and attacks the winged criminal in midair, the Fly fends off Spider-Man with the sonic backlash from his wings, but he has to drop his load. Both combatants fall in a heap, with Spider-Man on the bottom, stunned. The Fly throws Spider-Man at the guards, grabs the sack, and takes off. Then Spider-Man manages to stick a web-strand to the Fly and blinds the Fly with web fluid. Burdened by Spider-Man's extra weight, the Fly has difficulty maintaining his altitude, but he soon gets rid of the web fluid and carries Spider-Man away. As they pass above Cleopatra's Needle, a stone obelisk in Central Park near the museum, Spider-Man snags its tip with another web-strand and anchors them to it. They battle until the Fly smashes Spider-Man into the obelisk and flies away. The guards rush up to praise Spider-Man, but he resentfully tells them he is through being everyone's "fall guy" and departs. Peter comes home and phones Mary Jane Watson to apologize for not showing up for their date yesterday, but Mary Jane tells him off and hangs up. Then Betty Brant walks through the door. Worried when Peter failed to pick up his diploma the day before, she is glad to see he is all right. All of a sudden Ned Leeds appears, fighting mad. He tells Peter to take his hands off his wife and then punches Peter in the jaw. As Peter recovers from the shock, Ned pulls Betty out of the apartment. Peter slams the door behind them. Rejected by Mary Jane, annoyed by Ned and Betty, and angered by his recent unsuccessful battle, Peter quickly changes into his Spider-Man costume. He needs to find someone to vent his rage on, and the Fly is the perfect choice. Spider-Man spends the next few hours searching the underworld. Finally he finds Gravis Fletcher, a criminal who once ran errands for the Fly. As he hauls Fletcher out of a bar for questioning, an undercover SHIELD agent telephones his superiors to report that Spider-Man is after the Fly. And at the same time at the Daily Globe, Barney Bushkin tells his secretary, Sandy, to go to Peter's apartment with a job offer and his first assignment. Still angry, Spider-Man heads to where Fletcher said the Fly would be. He cannot wait to get his hands on the criminal and work off his frustrations. But when he arrives, he finds the Fly being hauled away by the police in special shackles. The police were tipped off by SHIELD, which provided the police with the device that stopped the Fly. From his vantage point on a building high above, Spider-Man silently fumes about how unfair everything is. At the same time, at the Restwell Nursing Home, Ludwig Rinehart is questioning Aunt May about how she likes the place. Satisfied that May is happy, Rinehart enters his office and is startled to see a gunman—the person who rented May's house—seated at his desk aiming a pistol at him. The gunman identifies himself as the person who killed May's husband, and with Rinehart's help, he says, he will do away with her, too.
